Results of the PNP Region V Community Engagement Surveys for CY 2025 (1st and 2nd Semester Runs)

The Philippine National Police (PNP) Regional Office V has released the results of two community engagement surveys conducted during the 1st semester and 2nd semester of Calendar Year 2025. These surveys were commissioned to assess community perceptions of safety, trust in the police, and overall satisfaction with the PNP Region V’s services. The findings provide valuable insights that will guide ongoing efforts to strengthen community-police relations across all provinces of the Bicol Region.

Conducted in two separate runs, the surveys capture changes in public sentiment throughout the year, allowing the PNP to identify emerging issues, track improvements, and better understand evolving community expectations.

The semester-to-semester data provide an evidence-based foundation for refining the PNP’s operational priorities and community engagement strategies. The surveys highlight both sustained strengths and areas where additional support, coordination, and community partnerships may be needed. These insights will guide PNP Region V in further improving public services, strengthening trust, and enhancing safety initiatives across the region.
